When dealing with your issue we may need to connect to your computer using a piece of software that enables us to control your PC remotely. We will let you know which one of the options below you will need to activate.

Remote Support

For Windows 2000 and Windows XP Users:

• Click here to download the remote tool for computers running Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
• Run the program and select the Support Number that the Purruna technician indiciates.

For Windows Vista Users:

• Run the program and provide the Purruna technician the ID Number and Password.
